About Kim Poor, REALTOR & Managing Broker

Kim Poor, cat lover, David Lipscomb University GraduateYou can't wait for the perfect real estate opportunity ~ You have
to make it happen!

Once I received my real estate license in 2003, I wanted to learn as much as possible about the industry.  When you see designations after a REALTOR's name, this means that they have invested their time and money into education and have accomplished certain requirements.  I continue to seek the knowledge that is out there and I am extremely proud to be able to offer my clients the best possible service that I can! franklin tn homes

I graduated from David Lipscomb College where I received my degree in both Marketing and Management.  I worked in the retail industry, industrial industry and even in heavy equipment before I realized the passion I had for real estate.  After years of working for two large well known real estate companies, now the dream of running my own business has taken over and I have started Realty Savings.  I enjoy watching the Titans and Predators. I adore animals, but will admit that cats are my favorite. The outdoor lifestyle here in Middle Tennessee is wonderful and experiencing all 4 seasons is such a beautiful thing to witness.  When indoors, I enjoy games such as Canasta, Phase 10 and MahJong.

I am a full time Realtor®, who specializes in residential real estate and I am a licensed broker in TN and FL.
